Champion Chisel, 1 by 4-1/4-Inch Hex Shank, Clay Spade - Designed for 30-40lb Class Pavement Breakers.Also known as Jack Hammers, these tools are used for moderate to heavy concrete demolition.Clay Spades are effective at breaking through rocky soil and through hard ground to get below the frost line.They are often used for utility work and installation of in-ground swimming pools.All tool measurements are "under the collar".If you are not sure if you have a hammer that takes 1" tools, measure from the collar back to the end of the shank.This measurement should be 4-1/4".
