I've wanted this product for years!
I draft a lot of patterns by hand, and need to figure out the measurements of various curves to get them to match. In the past, I've always used a tape measure or a flexible ruler, but this has been fiddly and inaccurate. I can't believe a rolling ruler like this didn't exist before! Such a simple idea, well executed. This product is solidly made, comes with a silicone (I think) optional handle cover if you want more of a grip, and is easy to use. Recommended!

Amazing tool for measuring the length along a curve or curves!!
I love this little tool. It is awesome for accurately measuring the distance along a curved line. Any ruler can do a straight line; but to my knowledge only this tool can accurately do curves! If you doubt the manufactures can fit a length of 20cm around such a small tool try this mathematical formula: Circumference = 2 X Pi x Radius. Pi is equal to about 3.14159... So with a diameter (diameter is 2x radius) of 6.36cm they can in-fact wrap 20cm around it.... Pure mathematical brains were used to make this tool when no one else was!!! I am hoping to get one to measure in inches as well soon!
