I bought this headset for my husband and he loves it!! Says it’s the most comfortable one he has ever owned, highly recommend!

Let's start out with the positives...... *Comfortable. It reminded me of the Blue Parrot BT240/350 style. *Quick to charge THAT'S IT. The bad: Not a USB type C. It's an older style that is not compatible to any new phone. Meaning now you have to carry an extra cable. The sound quality was absolutely terrible! It sounded muffled, like the other person was on speakerphone but worse. Yes he was & then when he wasn't, it was no better. Hung up, put on my music & it was terrible. Maybe I got a bad one, it was brand new & sealed. IDK. I had to switch back to my old & tired Blue Parrot 450. That has superior sound quality over this one. I hear everyone easily. Super long range & the clarity! A battery that lasts me all week & then some. I just wanted something lighter & American Made. Unfortunately these aren't it. Basically tried this new headset out for maybe 5 minutes before I packaged it all back up & returned it. This headset didn't not deliver as promised. Really wanted to like it!

I *LOVE* this headset. For the price I really wasn't expecting to multi-pair. Two different Bluetooth connections at once so I can link to my phone *and* my computer. It is really pitched at truckers, but I do Zoom calls for a living and love it. It is noise canceling so if there is stuff in my background it doesn't leak to my clients, and it has long batter life and a very nice noise canceling mic (it is tuned to keep out wind noise). Only down-side, which makes sense given the trucker market is that only one ear gets to hear, so stereo music ain't happenin'. Great headset.

I got this thinking that I could use it on my 2-way radio but it is strictly for use on a cell phone. I had to send it back

Being the on the phone all day, this is comfort, great value with great quality. The noise cancellation works both ways: the ear piece is like having a tiny human in my ear talking at normal volume, and the noises on my end (kids, dog) they don't hear it. All the voices from both end are clear. I can get through almost a whole work week without charging. The best thing is that I can leave my computer and phone downstairs while I go upstairs to get lunch, more coffee, or send the kids off to school.

Buyer beware! This cannot be returned for full price if opened. Now onto why I give it 1 star. You can hook it to 2 devices however when it connects to the first device and you don't connect immediately to the second device it won't connect. You have restart the headset and by then your caller is gone. Yesterday when using it with my laptop anytime I received an inbound call the headset kept ringing in my ear even though I answered the call. Only way to stop it was to disconnect and call them back. I will now be using this as a backup only, I wish I could get my money back.

It's a very nice headset. I did notice it doesn't come with all the pieces it's suppose to. It's missing some of the mic covers and ear piece covers.

I love this headset for taking work calls, it sounds very clear and coworkers mention that I sound good through the mic. It is very comfortable and adjusts to best fit my head. The bluetooth was super simple to set up and it connects to my computer with no issue. If you just need a 1 ear headset, this one is hard to beat! It has also held up well in the several months that I've been using it.
