Bought these before going on our 3-week motorcycle trip out west so we wouldn't have to carry the weight of Gatorade or something like it. We would put one of these into a reusable water bottle, shake it, and drink it on very hot days when we knew we needed the electrolyte boost. The flavor was surprisingly very good. We usually drank one or two of these, in addition to just plain water, as we were riding 300 plus miles each day when the temperatures went up into the 90s and even hit 100 degrees. It was a great way to keep hydrated and the flavor was excellent. We didn't go through all of it so we now have some left to use when needed. It was definitely worth it.

Since I am on pills that make you lose fluid, electrolytes are important to replenish. This is a very tasty way to do it. Drinking water can be a task, this makes it less of a task and can easily drink a 32oz cup with this in it, in no time at all. Without it, it’s definitely more of a chore. The only downside is sometimes it’s hard to get the powder all diluted, it wants to stay chunky, so that’s annoying. But regardless it tastes great and helps to replenish those electrolytes lost from urination or sweating.

I searched quite a while for the best solution of leg cramps due to electrolyte imbalance following exercise. These packets are very convenient. One packet (each box has 10) added to 500ml of water provides a nice drink. I had to really look around to find a solution that did not have sugar in it. These claim to be 0 calories and "sugar free." However, sugar is listed as one of the ingredients, but does not appear in the nutrition label. Go figure. The instructions call for adding a packet to 16.9 oz of water. What?! A quick conversion showed what they really meant. Since most bottled water comes in 500ml containers, it seems silly to use traditional units in this case.

I need electrolytes due to a medical condition that needs super hydration. These packets are easy to use and the flavor is good. I need to try other flavors too.

We live in a hot, humid state and work outside a lot. I also get feet and leg cramps at random times during the night. Propel packets are perfect for keeping us hydrated and when my feet and leg cramps keep me up at night, I drink a glass of Propel and within a few minutes I'm back to sleep with no cramps. Our favorites are Berry flavored and Raspberry lemonade. The berry is like the perfect blend - you cannot discern what berry it tastes like. It's really good! Raspberry lemonade is not strong, which we like bec when you're working outside in feels like100 degree plus temperatures, we don't want anything too strong/heavy tasting. We did not care for the grape, which is very grape tasting, but if that's your taste, you'll probably like the grape.
