I have never found a single product that has helped to repair my very dry skin. This includes treatments form dermatologists that never worked. And I mean never in my entire life. I have a cupboard full of stuff, even Including other cetaphil products I’ve tried with no luck. Trust me, I’ve tried everything. Nothing worked and tbh I didn’t expect this to work either. Well, I’m nearly in tears writing this but for the first time in my life I have soft hydrated skin! It’s not flaky and sloughing off under my makeup. Hands down this is the best skin product I’ve ever purchased in my life and it’s not even close.

My skin has been loving this . I have a very dry, compromised skin barrier and i put this on after the shower on wet skin and follow with a barrier cream after it soaks in. It doesn’t irritate my skin and it doesn’t make me flush. Noticeable difference after a few days .

I am not sure what this is doing but it feels good. My face feels soft, hydrated and I feel like it is a better treatment at night than previous lotions and night-time treatments.

FANTASTIC product and I have spared no expense in trying so many moisturizers/serums, including very expensive products. I am a tough and skeptical consumer and this product passes my high standards. Every day since starting to use it I walked over to a window with a hand mirror and critically examined the area of my face where I did a "test" use of this moisturizer, between my upper lip and my nose, where I have some vertical wrinkles. I would say this serum set the clock back on those wrinkles like 15 years! I look at my skin before I put the serum on, immediately after, and hours after. Dramatic improvement that lasts through the day. I will be a continued customer! The glass bottle with the glass dropper is high quality too.
