Edit: this bottle is really not fit for purpose! It has a rotating 4 part pill compartment which snapped off the first time I put it in the dishwasher. In order to take a sip you have to push a small piece of plastic back and forth; this sticks a lot and if you push too hard it just breaks off. As mentioned below, the design of the bottle means you're left with massive clumps in your powder. Don't be drawn in by amazon's cheap price for this product. Spend a few extra quid and get a better design.Upon receiving my shaker I actually phoned the company to say they'd forgotten to put in a mesh or ball to blend powders with. I was told that due to the design of the bottle, it didn't need one. I can assure you, you do. None of my other meshes fit this bottle but I did have a spare mixing ball that I use with it. I'd advise you do the same to avoid inevitable clumps.

Design looks bit creepy and the compartment for the tablets not good though. It keeps coming off.

Perfect for storing protein shake for the gym, I haven’t used the other compartments. Doesn’t seem to make a lumpy shake so the design works well.

Good product as described, however not having a mesh grid or ball for mixing the powder means there are clumps
