Strong enough to take a hit
This box has already saved me a great Deal! It is comfortable and will take a baseball on a short hop head on (no pun intended). Worth spending the money on as it will give you confidence in its ability to take a hit. Can be snug for some men though as quite narrow at the bottom.

Perfect for Cricket
Excellent product with good protection. The shape is also ideal to be very comfortable and allow easy running making it great for cricket.

Brilliant for sparring
I use this cup for Muay Thai sparring as I hate the standard fighting groin guards as they are so uncomfortable. Not only is it big enough but it’s really comfortable and taking a shot to the balls hurts the same as if you were wearing a Muay Thai brand guard if not less.

I play cricket and it fits be very nicely plus it has maximum protection

Solid defence
Took a cricketball square in the bo*locks at 75mph. I thought I was going to be doubled over in pain. It was a relief to realize it didn't hurt 😌

Finally A Cup Large Enough
Even the size L is too small. But luckily I found this cup from shock doctor with a size XL. Unfortunately the size XL cup + supporter combo you buy from shock doctor doesn't use a size XL cup, it's smaller, only the supporter is size XL.

Its surprisingly comfertable for a cup. Has some ventalation, buit to withstand some serious blows, washable and fits as expected. I would say that I'm average and theres lots of room in there.

Dopo anni di attività negli sport da combattimento e tanti tentativi ho finalmente trovato la conchiglia che fa per me. Molto sicura, pressione sui genitali pressochè inesistente anche a fronte di colpi consistenti. Il tutto senza pregiudicare leggerezza e confort.consigliatissima.

I've used Shock Doctor abdomen guards for years now and they are fantastic! And I've also gotten hit on the box a couple of times and never felt a thing.. So they work perfectly as they should!
