Worked great spinning and the lights with the music

This worked well and was sturdy enough to hang a large disco ball (bigger than a basket ball). I couldn’t get the lights to move the music in a reliable fashion but that wasn’t important to me. I thought I would be able to control the color of the lights but could not. It did spin or not spin.

Didn’t work properly. I figured it was worth a try because it was economical compared to the professional products. I’ll spend the extra money and get a better product. Tried it again and it caught on fire.🙁A day after I wrote this review Amazon refunded my money even though the 30 day deadline was expired to return this product. Thanks Amazon 😊

While you can slow this down, the slowest speed still seems to rotate too fast. I would like to find one that geos abotu half as fast to give more of a elegant ball room feel instead of an club feel.

I put this in my office with one of my disco balls- I have several of varying sizes hung throughout my office, amongst lots of colorful lights and suncatchers and crystals. I like a lot of color and light and I thought it would really punch things up to use this with one of the larger disco balls I have.I chose to snake the power cord around since I have a drop ceiling in my office that I could hide it well with, and I hate changing batteries out. I did do some finangling to shorten the chain that the disco ball hangs from- I would like to see that made a little bit easier, for those of us who don't want the full length, but I was able to get it done and it worked out alright.It works great- there's not a lot to it. You have some speed customization, and you can turn the lights on and off, but that's pretty much it. But it looks great in my office, and that's all I really care about. With the disco ball it's hung with, it throws light throughout the room at other disco balls and interacts with the other lights and suncatchers I have hanging throughout my office really nicely.I do think there's some room for improvement here- I'd love to see one of these with more color options than just standard RGB, and again I'd like to see length customization be a bit easier. It's pretty straightforward, though, and it does what it's supposed to- and does it well. I'm really happy with it!

The media could not be loaded. So far so good mechanics wise. Motor works, lights work, etc. But false advertising on the rotation speed. Even though they repeatedly say 3-15RPM as the range, I timed it myself and the range is narrower and faster: 11-18RPM. This is a big difference, as 11RPM still feels way too damn fast for my tastes.
