Been using waterproof sky high by maybelline for a while now but I felt it was too dry and It wouldn't hold the curl on my lashes for that long, ordered this last week and tried it for the first time, I have to say WOW, the mascara did not clump and it allowed me to put several layers, slept on it (don't do that) and when I woke up the curl was still there and barely any residue under my eyes. It doesn't get better than this for the price

I love this product and have noticed, the price is better here than any store! I received it quickly and it is just a great product overall. I like the waterproof and trust me when I say, it's waterproof!!!! It's not going anywhere.

I've used CoverGirl LashBlast mascara off and on for years and have been very pleased with it. I'm not a big makeup person, but was looking for a way to enhance my lashes for special occasions and ran across a video of someone using a lash primer. I'd never heard of such a product before, but when I saw this two pack from CG, I decided to give it a try. When the product arrived, I had another (non-CG) mascara in use. I tried the CG primer under that mascara and did not care for the results - too clumpy, too flaky. But when I tried the primer with the CG LashBlast mascara, it was a completely different experience - no clumping, no flaking off. And I did see a difference in "lash impact" when using the primer. I don't use it daily, but for dress up occasions, I definitely recommend this, but also recommend using the two sister products together rather than mixing brands.

I usually purchase Covergirl LashBlast Volume WATERPROOF Mascara in Very Black, but they were out of stock. This duo of a lash primer with the regular LashBlast Volume Mascara was what popped up as an alternative…I’m so happy it did! I’d never used a lash primer before and now having used this with my usual LashBlast Volume WATERPROOF Mascara (I need my mascara to be waterproof) I am absolutely loving how the primer goes on smoothly and easily without any clumping, yet adds a tremendous more amount of volume and length to my lashes!This is now my very quick, yet very impactful lash routine:- Curl lashes for 40 seconds on each eye using a lash curler- Apply Covergirl white lash primer to curled lashes (lashes should be nearly completely white with just one to two coats)- Let primed lashes dry momentarily- Apply two coats of Covergirl LashBlast Volume Mascara to each eyeYou’ll be amazed at how much more your lashes will POP and just how thick, full and long they will look now! I certainly won’t ever stop using this primer/mascara duo!While I can’t speak to the regular mascara, using this lash primer with the Covergirl LashBlast Volume Waterproof Mascara, I have always had a very, very slight amount of smudging under my eyes even without using the primer.Removal at the end of the night is super easy, too. I use a double cleanse whenever I am removing makeup and start with my mascara first by applying a few drops of cleansing oil to my fingertip and massaging it over my lashes. The primer and the waterproof mascara I use comes right off. Then I wipe the eye area with a cotton round before moving on with the rest of my nightly facial cleanse. Easy peasy!

Never had a problem with other mascaras irritating my eyes while wearing contacts until this one. Very uncomfortable, little flecks come off and irritate eyes

I ordered this mascara because it's the kind I've used for years, but it was cheaper than it is where I buy it. I normally use waterproof, but thought I'd try the kind that's not. It seemed pretty dry, & it just didn't go on like the waterproof does. I don't know if it was old or not. The primer that you put on before putting the mascara on was good, & I liked it, but when I used it, my eyelashes didn't stay curled. I don't think I'll buy it again.

I like the product and got it quickly

Only waterproof mascara that actually works considering how much I sweat. Even works in the pool!
