It arrived in a plain brown box, with a cheap charger adapter carelessly tossed inside as if it were an afterthought, making it seem refurbished or possibly fake, even though it was supposed to be new. The charger was scuffed, and there was brown cardboard stuck in the rubber of the handles. It was packed in a clear bag, which seemed odd, so I put it back in the box for return.

Glad I bought this.
I bought this for a piece of mind. Actually ended up using a few times. It stays in my truck and charge last a good amount of time. Glad I got this when I did saved me a couple of times.

Works great, but check the size before you order
This works great for inflating tires and as a portable battery. Haven't had to use the jump starter yet.BUT, this is H-E-A-V-Y, and big. Make sure you check the dimensions and weight before you order. Wouldn't put it in my wife's car as she could never get it out of the trunk.
