Yes! This has helped me so much! I would wake at night with pain and numbness, tingling every time I went to bed. Plus there was pain in back of wrist midway up the back of my hand. I did something to my wrist, accidentally pushed off my chair and strained it. I couldn't lift much with it and had limited mobility. It was like this for over a week. I decided during the night to look up wrist guards for nighttime, since I wasn't sleeping anyway. I ordered it around 2:30 a.m.. It was delivered the next day, actually the same day, at 11 a.m.! That night was so much better! I didn't close my hand too much and overstretch my wrist while sleeping. After taking it off my wrist was a bit sore on back side, but it went away within the hour. Second night I didn't wear it as tight. It was still great to wear. I had some pain on the back of the wrist and it went away. 3rd night even better. No wrist pain. I went one night without it and was ok. I was able to lift things, put my daughter's bridal shower together and cook that morning. It didn't hurt much if at all. I didn't wear it just to see how it went. It was ok. So, it really does work, keeps wrist straight and helps me not to bend it too much and overstretch it.

This is very good and a very stable wrist brace. All their wrist braces still makes my wrist drop and hand because there's not enough support. This one is nice, snug and has maximum support and my wrist is always straight when wearing the braids. It has maximum support because of not only the three helpful straps that help you adjust to your liking but as well as the length of the brace. The longer the brace the more support it has on your wrist because it allows brace to fully use more of your forearm as leverage and support for your wrist. Out of three wrist braces / I tested this one was the keeper.

So after carpal tunnel release on both hands didn't work as I had hoped, I underwent more tests only to get the verdict that further surgery would not help, I was referred to therapy. The therapist began me on wrist braces both hands at night. You'd think wearing braces at night would be god-awful uncomfortable. I went to bed, hoping I wouldn't sock myself in the nose or worse, club my sleeping partner. But oddly enough, I sleep just fine and haven't bloodied noses yet. The braces are well-padded and the three velcro straps hold them well to my wrist and are not uncomfortable. There is a removable flat metal under the wrist to hold firm and straight. When you order, be sure you have the size and which hand you require.

This works really well. I have an old fracture in my wrist that I wasn’t even aware I had until recently. I knew I had a problem, but didn’t have insurance for a while. This really stabilizes my wrist much better than other braces I tried. I deducted 1 star because I used their sizing chart & it said to get a medium for my size wrist, but it is a little too big. I think it’s past my time to return it so I’ll deal with it, but I think a small would have been better.

I had bought one of these for my left wrist and as I’m getting older and having arthritis problems, I ended up having entered my right wrist from doing some yardwork so now I have one for each wrist and they work fabulously!!Made well and are comfortable to wear and do the trick as far as immobilizing your wrist until it heals properly! Also a great price point much less expensive than buying them at a store or a Walgreens or CVS!

I only use this while I sleep for carpal tunnel. Some other ones I've tried are uncomfortable or run hot for when I'm sleeping. I like this because it has sturdy straps and nothing pinches. They designed it with a lot of room for your thumb to move around and the top part (beneath rest of fingers) doesn't run too high, so plenty of wiggle room. I can't review this for "daytime" use, but for comfort and support while sleeping, this is great!

70 yr old male use it primarily for Gym use as Osteo Arthritis joint pain in my wrist limited what I could lift. I needed a brace I could tighten snug as support and with the metal insert I've been able to reduce at least 75% of the pain allowing me to go heavy again with weights. The 3 adjustable Velcro straps allow you to really get a good tight fit for excellent distribution. Used their fitting chart as directed for correct size and it was accurate. Time will tell how it will hold up with use but for now its really what I needed.
