I must admit that I had my qualms about purchasing a self-adhesive molding. All the other moldings I have installed, including crown, have been with a combination of glue and nails. After my first cut, I wasn't so fearful. The adhesive is extremely strong. I did reinforce corner sections with small nails just in case. I'm happy with the ease of use (always use a level) and the quality of adhesion.

This is way smaller than I thought it would be. I prob should have measured the width but fine I’ll make it work. However if you plan to stick on and that’s it, this heavy vinyl, the molding will come out. It didn't even stick on the wall for a min! I didn’t expect that to work though and had bought finishing nails. It’s not what I would have preferred, but for the dumb curved wall that we have it will have to work. I didn’t feel like having to mess with wood and glue and sht. I think if you don’t get close up to this plastic molding it looks ok. But it is shiny and isn’t the best looking. But it will have to work. I do wish this was at least 2 inches though. It doesn’t cover the areas I need to cover, but that was my fault for not measuring. Anyway bottom line not the worst thing, but this will not stick on the wall, it’s shiny and heavy! You will need finishing nails if you want this to stay up. Best

The media could not be loaded. This was easy to get on the wall and cut. Very simple to install- I’ve had it on for several months and it’s held up nice. Highly recommended - easy to cut and way simpler then going to the store for heavy wood especially if you don’t have the strength or wood cutting tools needed.

Do not waste your money

These are fantastic. Look great and are easy to cut. The only thing is that the two sided tape is EXTREMELY strong, so make sure you have a nice straight line to follow.

The double sided adhesive on the underside of this stuff does tend to want to peel away when it is cut to size, even when a very sharp blade is used. It is also a bit difficult to apply in nice straight lines due to how flexible it is, and getting your 45 degree angles to meet nicely at corners I found to be impossible. If you want to go this route, do yourself a favor and buy some white caulk along with this so you can fill in the joints and clean up the work when you're done.

Loved the peel and stick! Easy to cut and apply and move! Good black and white. Will purchase again!

Did not like the appearance. Having real wood installed.
