Love this stuff and can't find it in most stores anymore; so Amazon to the rescue. This is better than homemade and SO MUCH more convenient.

I was having trouble finding this essential sauce mix at the local stores, apparently it must be out of vogue these days, but thankfully it's readily available on Amazon. Knorr sauces are the best, but I might add a dash more tarragon and a splash of lemon juice next time to perk it up a bit more for the perfect finish to a London broil or any steak, chicken or seafood. I like to keep at least one packet in the cupboard so it's there when I need it.

I've been buying the Knorr Bernaise for at least 40 years. The last few packets have been tasteless. I thought my daughter was doing something wrong so I bought fresh packets and made one myself. Its useless. If I want butter and milk on my food then I can just do that. It almost tasted like a lite cheese sauce. I cant taste any tarragon.

Super easy. Great taste. I use this on chicken and backed fish.
