Had to replace an apple cable.
As many people have learned, the charging cables apple provides tend to be of lessor quality. Particularly the part where the cable connects to the plugs. Wire gets exposed, and in time stops working due to fraying.Such was my case. This cable became available when I was part of vine so grabbed it. It’s not bad. The plastic used to protect the cables seems sturdier and will last longer than the apple provided cables. So far no problems on that front.Value wise? It’s less than 1/2 of the apple price. On that issue it’s good. Especially, when you consider cheaper cables tend to be recyclednfaster if not end up in landfills.Charging wise, it’s about the same.Length was small as it’s used on my charging station. It’s not a “work” or wandering around cable.I am happy with this.
