Good quality
Working very good. Happy customer. The only thing that bothers me is that it’s very loud only when spinning the clothes.

Ruined my floors
Absolute garbage. i purchased this washing machine on the 7th of July 2024, and exactly 1 year after purchasing, it has started to leak water everywhere from the detergent drawer. I have wooden floors installed right outside my bathroom and i will have to have them redone. I called the Hisense customer support and they want to charge me 150 dhs to send a technician. Save your money, buy something more reliable that wont break exactly when the warranty ends!!
