I’ve been sleeping deeper and waking up more refresh since using this. The tart cherry really helps with falling asleep naturally and magnesium eases muscle tension. I like that there’s no after taste. All you have to do is refrigerate after opening the bottle.

I've been taking this magnesium with tart cherry for a few days now and have noticed a real change. I sleep more soundly, I wake up with less muscle pain, and even my mood has improved.

This is a great nightime source of Magnesium. Not too sweet and it helps me to sleep as well. I will continue to use this product. Highly reccomend if you need a source of Magnesium and want to sleep more soundly. The only problem I have with it is the cost. IMO - it's expensive. Wish it was lower priced!

I have been using this for at least 6 months and noticed a huge improvement in my sleep. My last order was 3 bottles (and I would have given it 5 stars), so I didn’t need to get a new bottle until just about a week ago. Like a few others noticed, the formula changed and the liquid is thin and tastes awful! I don’t know if the effects on my sleep have changed much at the moment. I may decide to use tart cherry juice instead since it tastes a lot better and a different magnesium supplement because of this change.

The first bottle of this that I received, was amazing. It tasted pure. I don’t know what they did to the formula, the cherry extract is slightly different, and has a diluted and artificial taste. The effects aren’t as noticeable either. I am so disappointed!

I've been using this product for about a year. Around 60 days ago they changed the formula, the taste and the dropper and unfortunately made it worse. The old formula was tasty but now it's that cheap, sick tasting cherry flavor that is worse than any other cherry medicine I've tasted. The dropper is now a much cheaper option that only works to fill it 50% of the way up. It helps me sleep but it's somehow worse all around now that they changed it.
