The media could not be loaded. Packaging: You don't feel like you bought premium earbuds. Very average packaging.Features: The smart charging case has very good and practical functions. Wireless charging works well.Update after few months used:- Stay away from these earbuds: not loud enough. Bass is okay but vocals and treble are terrible.Sounds Quality (listening music or watching videos): You might feel these are not loud enough.Sounds Quality (calling): Crisp and clear sound though person on other side may hear ambience noice.

Features are good. Sound is not that great as airpods pro or bose systems but good for the price. Amazed for call voice, person at the other end can clearly hear our voice without much background noise. Call quality and voice enhancer is better than airpods pro. Comfort is towards the low end. Not soo smooth

The features are fancy yet not much of use. Fit is nice. It comes with 5 different sizes to ensure perfect fit in the ear lobes. Noise cancellation is awesome. But the main feature, audio, is very very ordinary. It is a real disappointment in terms of bass and clarity in audio. The much cheaper JBL headphones are far better with its audio quality.

For example it is connected with your phone suddenly it will connect with some other persons phone without even being pairedOnce it is connected with your phone still you get notification so connect and setupWallpaper changes automaticallyBass isn't that great and the volume increases automatically once you start playing any games while you were listening songs previouslyIt has serious bugs which needs to be resolved
