Apollo Bamboo Longboard Bamboo Complete Boards – Twin Tip Freeride Drop-through Longboard Skating Cruiser Board

I was a little cautious about buying this board, as I'd never heard of the company before and there were very few online reviews. I'm really glad I went ahead with it anyway though, because it's a great longboard! I was a total beginner when I bought this, and found it really comfortable and steady to use - I've never fallen off it (I've bought a penny board since, and have fallen off that countless times). It's a very smooth ride and copes with rough tarmac pretty well, although I prefer using it on the road where it absolutely glides along.The trucks were a bit squeaky at first, but not unsafe, just new I think. The wheels are wide and soft so they can deal with little bumps and stones. Obviously the artwork is awesome, and Apollo have a lot of designs to choose from.I tried a friend's Osprey longboard and honestly couldn't feel any difference between them (maybe if you're a pro there will be a greater difference, but for a beginner like me they were essentially the same board).I'd definitely recommend this board, and it's a pretty reasonable price for a quality item.

I highly recommend this product as it far surpassed my expectations.At first I will admit I was sceptical on the quality of the product before ordering but decided to because of the design.On arrival the product came neatly wrapped in cellophane( to which I recommend you remove the trucks to get the last bits of it off) and other than that a small manual .Getting on the board was amazing ,the ABEC 9 rating bearings are very smooth ,the deck has amazing ridgity and flex, trucks are the perfect tension and the wheels are nice and soft.Regarding the drawing on the board it is very well printed and seems to be covered in multiple layers of varnish so you dont have to worry about scraping it off on the ground.If this is your first board I highly recommend it but bear in mind if you want to make adjustments you'll need a 10mm and 13mm spanner ,if this is not your first board it is still a very solid choice as the only upgrade I could suggest is getting some RED bearings

Good quality for price. Surprisingly fast stock bearings that came with it, board feels good but looks like there a areas where it will crack but other than that i can't complain about the quality for its price.

Incredible quality item. Bought for Teenager Daughter and she loves it. The art work is very good too. The grip is excellent and would definitely buy from here again.

i have used my longboard nearly every day from when i received it, in the rain it is so much fun but a good spray with wd40 is very much recommended if you do the big wheels and bouncy deck makes daily use a joy , i pick my longboard over my push bike hands down any day and with a few little up grades it makes for a truly fantastic riding and carving experience.also, the shape and the bottom graphic is just as good as it looks for photos and a few videos see my Instagram @georgeoninsta

Really good board it's my first one but it's better than my some of the boards my mates have. Good price. Happy with it.

Nice deck and great looks but twitchy steering and recentring as highlighted on Amazon.de and independent reviews in Germany. No amount of adjustments can rectify this. One of the wheels also grinds badly.

Board had a dent from shipping and poor handling, however seems to be working fine so far.

Sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto, nulla da dire, imballaggio perfetto, appena arrivato ero molto curioso di provarlo, infatti abitando sul mare, la mattina l'ho provato all'alba e devo dire che i materiali sono davvero davvero ottimi, già usando lo skate in passato, devo dire che, il long board ti dà senso di viaggio, anche nel solo spostarti a piccole distanze provi e senti la strada. Comunque tornando hai materiali, carrelli ottimi, si riesce a compiere anche curve strette e sulle discese ( io ho provato un dislivello di 15%) ha una stabilità davvero ottima, prima se inesperti occorre però allenarsi su strade pianeggianti. Il colore lo adoro il disegno un po meno. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è quasi introvabile così ottimo. Forse la pecca è quando ci si muove sull'asfalto, poco stabile e bisogna usare molta forza per gli spostamenti. Però ottima esperienza.

Easy enough to use that I was able to teach my wife, who has never skated, easily with it. Has great grip. Very good value for beginners.Good performance.

Perfect gift for my grandson - he loved it!
