I originally purchased this because I suffer from heat and cold sensitivity and am also plagued with weak enamel and "soft" teeth. I had braces during my teens and honestly didn't value dental hygiene as much as I should have, which led to a multitude of problems later on. I have a few places on my teeth where its brown due to stains and also white due to calcification. I've been using the remineralization liquid once a day everyday or every other day for at least 2 months now and it's been great for my teeth.First, it's helped keep my sensitivity in check and I don't cringe up in pain anymore when I eat sour, sweet, hot, or cold foods. My sensitivity used to be so bad where I would be unable to drink some drinks without a straw or even eat ice cream. Now I can go back to eating foods I like without the pain!Second, I noticed a lot of the brown stains I had from my braces are now mostly gone (very hard to see unless close up) and the calcified white spots are also gone. I was actually really surprised about this because I didn't expect them to actually disappear. My teeth are slightly whiter maybe due to the enamel growing back.I haven't been to the dentist yet since using the product, but I'm really hoping this will help keep my teeth clean and plaque free every 6 months when I go in for the cleaning. For the past couple of years, I've had cavities developing in my teeth and they baffled me. I brush, floss, hardly eat sugar, went years without getting new cavities, so why was I suddenly getting more? I realized it had to be the tea. I really got into loose leaf teas about two years, and the acidity must have been slowly weakening the enamel of my teeth. Sadly, I thought I would have to give up my morning tea ritual.BUT not anymore! I started swishing occasionally with this stuff a couple of months ago, and didn't see much change. Admittedly, the first time I tried it, my eyes watered so badly from the taste and stinging in my mouth. For $15, this is much more cost-effective than going to the dentist even if you have insurance coverage. The co-pay, gas, time, etc. is more than $15--not to mention the value of not having to face the drill and get fillings. My cavities were very shallow (measured by dentist 3 months ago), so I don't know if it would work for deeper cavities, but it's certainly worth trying.

This is a great product as a part of larger health care routine - I use Sensodyne, Alchohol free mouthwash, Boka toothpaste, floss and the Uncle Harry's mouthwash with the tooth remineralizer. At first it takes some getting used to, but combine it with gentle swishing or add a little water or use it in the mouthwash. Rinse gently in your mouth for 3-5 minutes and spit out it. Between a selective diet and this routine, I stopped several cavities or reversed them outright. It took 6 months of use before I felt the full difference - my gums are healthy and tooth roots are happy, even after several tooth sprangs the gum and teeth are healthy. I even witnessed a small hole fill itself in as the tooth enamel grew in size and covered up the dental caries. Small holes be can be healed, but larger trauma still requires dental work. Use it between 2-4 times a day with a good routine and some xylitol mints and you can chop your dental bills in half.
