Pack it up
Kipling does bags right. The fabric is sturdy yet light weight and you can pack it up very easily. Hold more than hard case, yet lightweight. The roller weeks are also very easy to swivel.

Backward zipper
Considering I paid full price for this bag the fact that it’s defective is extremely upsetting. Especially because now there is not enough time to process a return before my trip. A backwards zipper is pretty amateur.

Quality not the same
I just love the brand and bought a few bags in the dark blue color. This is my second suitcase I bought because the first one (bought in 2016) was damaged. The new suitcase looks great but the handle is not sturdy. Other than that, great product.
