A good supplement to add daily intakes.

I recently tried this milk thistle supplement and I’ve found it to be very effective for my needs. It hasn’t caused me any upset stomach or supplement burps or otherwise disturbed my digestion. It seems to be as effective as the last brand I tried, albeit less expensive, which makes it a more viable candidate for the next round of supplements. I found it doesn’t have any unpleasant flavor or odor.

Besides milk thistle, this supplement has approximately 25 other ingredients, including a high dose of zinc--the serving size (two capsules) has almost 3 times the recommended zinc daily dosage. It is unknown to me whether these extra ingredients, which comprise over seventy-five percent of the supplement mix together well or augment the positive effects of milk thistle.

This bottle came pretty dented and banged up. I'm not sure if that's why the residue inside it, but all the capsules were intact. It comes about half full. If used as directed it will last one month. I would prefer they either put two months' worth inside or use a smaller bottle.The expiration date on mine is Apr 2026, so a little less than two years from now.They have an earthy scent and taste (not sure if that's the capsules or the residue inside the bottle) and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says non-GMO. The product page also says cGMP-compliant facility and a money-back guarantee, which is nice since Amazon does not accept returns on supplements. Their website says each ingredients undergoes rigorous testing and quality control, but does not say if testing is 3rd-party.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones. The healthaidebiotech site is functional but much of the template is not filled out, it is written in first person, and seems to focus mainly on one mushroom product.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I also don't use a supplement where both the company and product are not verifiable, including their claims. The healthaidebiotech has a phone number, but when I call there is just silence and then it disconnects. Normally without more transparency, and at this price, I would avoid this and seek the ingredients from another source... but I feel like moving forward with this one for some reason. Maybe because I can smell some of the ingredients in the bottle?
