This is my go to paint if I want to up cycle a piece of old furniture. I’ve used it for years on and off. For longevity of the piece you are painting it will need protection by using a wax or lacquer as the paint easily scratches or even comes off if not sealed with something. No need to use an undercoat/primer. Can use water to thin it. The finish may not be to everyone’s taste.

Absolutely hands down the best French country/ English farmhouse blue! Used in in our laundry room and it came out perfect. Great coverage too. Easy to apply and distress if you want to.

I've been using Anne Sloan chalk paints since day one. I've tried other brands, but Anne Sloan is superior to them all. 0ften one coat gives full coverage of surface. It's always my go to paint and wax for re-imagining pieces of furniture that deserves a fresh new look.
