This audio splitter cable works well and I am very happy with it.

This review is for a 1/4 inch splitter cable It arrived in a plastic bag.The cable has gold coloured plugs, which do not look gold plated at all to me. The wire casing is braided. The quality is good, and it feels like it will be able to take a lot of plugging and unplugging.You can use this to connect stereo headphones to a device with two mono outs, or you could use it the other way around, to split a signal into left and right for use in a mixer.There is not really a lot more to be said about this, it's a little bit expensive for what it is, but it serves its intended purpose.

This is a good quality splitter cable with decent connectors - well built and works nicely.Regarding the reviewer who comments that the red cable doesn't work when he used it to split a guitar signal. This is normal as far as I'm aware - he needs a mono splitter not a stereo splitter!

It is a good quality adapter to convert a stereo jack connection into individual left/right mono connections. It works well. Note that this is not a mono splitter. If you plug a mono lead, such as a guitar lead, into the female stereo connector you will only get the signal on the left (white) channel. I use a number of TRS cables for my guitar effects system (Strymon dictates!) and this adapter comes in very handy. It's well made and working as hoped. Very good.

This is a nice product with a strong braided cable and what seem to be very durable connectors that should last. It works well for me and the price seems about right for the item

I used this on my old tape recorder that has two jack inputs for a stereo microphone. The cable is well made and high quality which justifies the higher price to other adapters with the same plugs. At first, I was disappointed because of buzzing due to no earth on the connectors. I unplugged and plugged back in a few more times to see if it is caused by grease from the factory and this cleared the problem. So, four stars for the initial problems. An excellent quality cable.

These splitter cables come in handy. There are quite a few instances with music gear where some like an effects loop requires one of these because the send and return is via a stereo cable. This type of design means you can incorporate this by connecting a TRS cable.However, the big issue here is that the mono cables are very short making this configuration unsuitable for connecting an effects board for example.

Noise static noise ,decent quality

bought this to split a guitar cable into 2 different channels within an amp. red splitter channel would not work when plugged in alone nor would it work when plugged in with the white channel. disappointing. will not purchase again

Excellent adapter for splitting a Stereo signal or assisting in Aux/Effects Sends and Returns. Testing the audio through this sounded great.I keep this with a balanced TRS cable so that I can connect the TRS cable at my audio interfaces effect send/return and then have this adapter connecting in to a pedal or multi-effects. It's great to reduce clutter at my interface.Great price for a hard to find and extremely handy adapter.

Horrible Home when I add this to my system, there’s no shielding on the leads and it picks up everything complete junk

This splitter cable is perfect for my 16 channel analog mixer that I use for my band's sound system. It appears to be well made, the fit and finish are excellent, the cable is cloth covered and there is ample strain relief where the cable joins the jack and plugs. Very useful and I'm sure it will be a part of our stage sound system for years to come.
