This product was as described and works great! Keeps gel warm.

This is robust and has all the settings to warm our lotions and oils. It is made well yet portable.

The product page makes sure never to show you what size bottles you need for this machine and does go so far as to show pouring oil from a bottle that clearly does not fit. I ordered bottles and they don't fit. Not surprised but it definitely would be helpful if they actually showed photos of what fits rather than just ignoring what is possibly the most important bit of information.

My wife is an esthetician and has some gel she uses for one of the machines so I got her this to make her clients a bit more comfortable. It arrived just fine with no defects that I could see. Getting it out the machine looked pretty good and was able to handle the bottles my wife had. She took it to work and used it for a few of her clients. She really likes it as it gets the gel warm pretty quick and her clients said they liked it better than the coldish gel. All in all, if you need to warm gel up for clients this warmer works great.

This is one well built gel warmer machine. It provides gentle slow heat so the gel or lotion would not be scorched and changed. I was caught by surprise when receiving this because it did not come with any empty bottles despite the pictures. I tried a few new condiment bottles and they did not fit. But the small bottles of massage gel did fit, albeit not a perfect sealing fit. So that affected the speed of warming up too and caused it to warm up even slower. I also wanted to try warming up Henna hair dye in this although finding empty bottles that fit could be a challenge. Other than that, the device is well built and does what it says.

Malfunctions: always turns off at night and won’t turn back on like we set it to do.

I was pretty excited about this warmer as much husband I enjoy some massage time with oil. Nobody likes cold oil on their body so this was exciting to get. The downside was that it didn't come with two bottles as I had thought it would. It took some time to find bottles that would fit but we did find some. The oil took a little bit more time than expected to heat up, but once it did it was so nice. I would say plan ahead of time to look for bottles that will fit this and also give your some additional time for lotion or oil to heat up.

This gel warmer has an intuitive design and made from sturdy materials. It was easy to operate and use with just five buttons to press. I tried heating a bottle of oil at 110 F for 10 minutes and got insufficient heat at a short period of time. It's heating mechanism wasn't able to penetrate a regular glass bottle. May not work for quick result but requires a longer period of waiting time.
