I am very happy with this electrolyte powder drink! It compares well to the LMNT brand in terms of taste and it has about the same composition of ingredients as LMNT, as well. Upon first glance, it will seem like it is a bargain compared to LMNT, but it actually comes fairly close in terms of price. LMNT's packets are made for 14-16oz of liquid, while Podium's version is one scoop for 8oz of liquid, so even though the jar says 30 servings, if you are taking it with your usual 16oz of water, you're using two scoops, so it's really 15 servings. Again, there's not a negative to that...just be aware of the math and how it compares to your "normal." The taste is very good, and I can taste the saltiness, which I personally prefer a lot. I realize a lot of people prefer not to taste the salt, but I like it, and I can taste it here. I'm usually not a huge fan of the tropical flavors, but this isn't overly mango-y. The lime aspect helps, as well. Even though I don't typically order the tropical flavors, I liked this one. I don't really have any complaints. I like this drink very much!

I think this is pretty good, it suggests a scoop of powder with 6 to 8 ozs of water but I personally have been using half a scoop in a 16oz bottle and it taste fine. It has a much more acceptable level of sodium than some of the brands out there, it's about twice as much as Gatorade so if you already think that's salty this probably isn't it for you, but like I said I've been using half a scoop with about twice the recommended water and it brings it to around the same level. The flavor (tropical lime) isn't too overwhelming and has a nice crispness to it. It dissolves easily and doesn't leave behind those little powdery chunks that refuse to break up like some other brands. Overall I think this ones pretty good quality for daily drinking or when doing physical activity.
