Spearmint has a strong minty flavor - I really enjoy it. 5/5 Wintergreen is a bit on the sweet side and more artificial tasting, not my favorite. 3/5 Cinnamon tastes nothing like cinnamon. It’s more of a bitter herbal flavor. Such a disappointment since I am a fan on the cinnamon flavor, but if you want that you won’t find it here. 1/5 Overall, NZE is a solid brand. I appreciate 0 nicotine options, but the flavors can be a bit off sometimes.

I can’t tell you how much I hate nicotine. Easily one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made was taking a Nic pouch a few years ago. The easy access buzz later turned into terrible crashes that would leave me not wanting to do anything at all. With needing a 9 mg pouch every so often I’d often not want to do anything at all but would have to push through cuz I ain’t no weak shrimp. So I’d compensate with skipping the gym and cooking. I became incredibly lazy. NZE has completely reversed that with helping not only quitting nic but restoring the energy from having quit. There’s no crash, I don’t feel sluggish and there’s no come down or desire to just keep putting a pouch in one after the other cuz it doesn’t give me a buzz anymore.
