It you need a useable tough tip for a good price with fast shipping, BUY IT HERE!
Seats well in my ole auto-center punch. Threads seem tight and well formed. I had to oil my center punch to get the deep indentation I expected, not the tips fault, mine....The tip stays sharp for multiple uses so far... For the price and connivence of shipping, you can’t go wrong!

Exact fit.
Exact replacement tip. Screws in, I suggest using a tiny bit of thread locker on threads to keep it in.

I bought this as a replacement for identical one that broke on third use. Hopefully this one will last. I really just needed the point but it came with the shaft anyway.

If you drop it once it breaks --- The threading is too small.
Useful product but the way they design these tips especially on the smaller ones (#79) is a joke. If you drop it once it breaks. Even a smart phone can take a couple of drops. The threading is too small. At least they give you the entire assembly now with the tip to fix it.
