Suffered an ankle injury, resulting grade 2 ligament damage. Multiple swelling on foot & ankle, boot was fantastic applying cold relief to both areas simultaneously, allowing varied pressure of fastening, via the velcro straps. Easy to use on either feet,simple fitment. I'm size 11 feet & size was a very good fit. 1 hrs freezing gave 30-40 minutes of relief. Good design & quality, great value for money.

Playing football twice a week in my advancing years was leading to bouts of painful tendonitis in my achillies tendon and pain in the arch of my foot. Ice packs were difficult to apply to these areas but did offer some relief. I found this item on Amazon and it has made a huge difference to my post match recovery. Regular use after every game has seen my tendonitis and inflammation go away completely along with the addition of better warm up and cool down stretching through the week. The boot fits well enough with the strong velcro strapping. Occasionally the sharp edges of the ice packs can dig in if not properly aligned but this is very minor. I could see this really helping recover from injuries to the lower leg. I always keep mine in the freezer just in case!

I don’t usually review products but I was so impressed with this that I had to. I broke my ankle last week and it’s been very painful and swollen was told to take it out of boot to put ice pack on, I tried various ones including peas but could not use them comfortably I ordered these ones and OMG , what a game changer The relief was almost instant they fitted really well around the whole ankle. I highly recommend these

I didn’t think it wrapped right at first, then I turned it “inside out” and wraps spot on now. It’s flipping cold but that is the idea lol. Great piece of kit

Simple and effective ice pack covering the whole of the ankle and foot and can also be used to apply heat if required. Just pop it in the freezer or microwave depending on your needs.

Fits well and Velcro straps are great to secure the foot. Wouod have liked a bag so that the foot pack can be cooled in the freezer without touching every other item in there. Provide a feeezer bag to make this 5 star product

A few weeks into recovery from a broken ankle the pain from swelling and using a walking boot was becoming a problem. Somebody suggested trying one of these and I so glad I bought it. Just pop it in the freezer for about an hour, it’s easy to fit as putting on a shoe and the cooling effect works its wonders almost immediately. It’s well designed and well made, its cooling properties last well and I am very happy to recommend.

Eine generell gute Kühlkompresse. Was mich etwas überrascht, und auch mein einziger Kritikpunkt wäre: Die Kompresse ist auf einer Seite mit Stoff ummantelt, die andere Seite ist der gewohnte Kunststoff. Intuitiv - und bei anderen Produkten auch der Fall - könnte man vermuten, dass der Stoff für die Seite mit Hautkontakt zum Schutz gedacht ist. Das ist hier, wie man auf den Produktbildern erkennen kann (ist mir leider erst nach dem Kauf aufgefallen) aber nicht der Fall. Aufgrund des fest vernähten einseitigen Klettbandes lässt sich die Kompresse auch nicht anders anbringen. Als absolut positiv ist der Kundenservice des Verkäufers hervorzuheben. Die Proaktivität und Freundlichkeit ist wirklich exzellent.

I'm glad I spent some time looking between different option for my hot feet problem, as I think I made best choice choosing this one/brand. Works really well because the gel pouches are big enough to actually cool my foot, and closing mechanism is tight.
