My only issue is with the ingredients list. It says "Cafeeine: 80mg. Taurine: 3." "3"? What the hell is 3?! Three what? It's definitely not grams. Milligrams? So there is literally 3/1000ths of a gram or Taurine, when a redbull has 1 gram. That's 1000mg, btw. I'm sure it is just a typo. It's just rather odd and funny. Please fix, k? Otherwise, nice product. Once the pouch gets bitter-tasting, that taste is the taste of caffeine (I've tasted pure caffeine before). So I'm pretty sure the caffeine feed continues well after the minty flavor wears off. Just saying. I'm not convinced cafine can be absorbed through the gums. But you're swallowing your spit, so you're still ingesting it. Weird world we live in.

This product was packaged simply, with pouches inside a plastic bag. The mint flavor was strong at first but faded over time, leaving a slightly bitter aftertaste as the caffeine continued to absorb. The caffeine effect was noticeable and kicked in quickly, though the duration varied, with a shorter-than-expected boost. The texture and feel of the pouch against the gums might not appeal to those unfamiliar with similar products like snus or nicotine pouches, and I was one of those people. While the price per pouch was on the higher side compared to some alternatives, it provided a convenient caffeine option without the need for coffee or energy drinks, but I just couldn't get over the way it felt lingering in my mouth.

Out of all the different ways to consume caffeine, this is my least favorite. The biggest thing I don't care for is needing to spit out and discard of the pouch afterwards. The mint flavor is good but it does leave a bitter flavor behind. I do also feel the caffeine hit. For me it doesn't seem any faster or slower than energy drinks or coffee. It is sweetened by sucralose in case that is a concern for some. Besides needing to discard, the other on the product is the being sent an old product. The date on the package shows that was was made in January 2024, I received it in October 2024, and the best by date says April 2025. Essentially it was already 9 months old when I received it and I only have 6 months to use it all.

Really NOT better than poor quality, with cheap cancer causing ingredients. Been using NZE for a time, very good, no issues just thought I’d try another brand. BIG mistake. Opened the tin and some of the pouches looked like they had been on a dirty floor. Didn’t do anything and with the cancer causing ingredients, hard pass. Not for me.
