I installed the new gaskets almost immediately. They didn't fit quite right but I made them work. Turns out,length wise, they were a bit small. Tried stretching them a bit but it didn't help. mounted gasket and inserted 4 corner screws and attached it to pool hold the strainer body and gently screwing the four corners. Everything went well after that little bit of a muscle tussle.

The key it to always use 100% silicon caulk along with the gaskets other wise even the most expensive gaskets will leak imo.

Great fit and seal
Exact fit for my above ground 18 foot circular pool skimmer inlet. Old gaskets were gummy and tore when taken out to replace liner. No leaks afterward.

Two separate pieces.
Two separate pieces. You can’t get the one side lined up behind the skimmer. Buy the one piece that the wall slips into.I threw these out. JunkI gave it 3 stars because it was my fault also. I saw it was 2 pieces. I just didn’t think it would be so flimsy.
