PES anabeta works really well as long as you're sticking to a solid workout regiment and diet. Great vascular definition and increased strength while working out. Don't expect this product to do all the work for you. As long as you stay dedicated, this is a great supplement!

Nice product. Make sure not to stack it too much if it's your first time. For beginners try it by itself for about 2-3 week. It's best to cycle it. I gained a substantial amount of lean mass (22lbs) over an 8 month duration, took a Dexa Scan. The only problem was it slightly raises blood pressure because of the Forskolin. After a while, (the 3rd week) it started to make me feel like I was suffocating, specifically around the neck area (jugular and behind the jaw) and a little tightness around the upper chest. Everyone reacts differently to supplements and should use proper precautions.

Use it correctly and you'll see a difference in you're bodymass, you have to remember this a mass gainer and items a natural supplement, so it's not going to grow muscles for you in a week like some people think. Once you give it a week or two for it to kick in your hunger should spike and you should be able to eat more than usual and overal increase in size, providing that you're eating more than your maintenance calories. In short what this does is make you more anabolic so your body can consume more food and in doing that will help you get bigger because your body is taking in a surplus of what it needs. In even simpler terms... it helps you eat more. Don't be a lazy a$$ and take this and work out 2 times a week and expect results, when taken correctly you will see an increase in weight, but if you're working out like your supposed to it will be mostly muscle gains and very little fat. I've stacked this with erase pro+ and daa and have put on 5 pounds within a month with very little fat. I'm a male, 31 years old, 5' 8", have 6 years of lifting experience, on and off for a year at a time throughout the years (kids will do that to you) while on this cycle I started at 151 lbs in May, 2016 and am now at 156 in June, 2016

I was pretty lean overall but had developed a gut due to a long period of inactivity caused by an injury. The first does I took as directed for the prescribed period with zero results. Tried a second time after 4 weeks break at 2X dose. Again, with zero results as confirmed with handheld body fat analyzer. This product does not work as claimed. In the end, I was able to remove my gut by going on a calorie restrictive diet alone. Not recommended, but it worked. Save your money.

Can't beat this price. I looked at other vitamin shoppes and stores, this is a good product and does what it's supposed to do.

Good product. Will buy agsin the results are fast if you follow instructions an make your meals correct. Food is the most important part for this product to help you basically in biceps and back.
