Great for behind the TV.
3 Years later and it still runs amazing, I had no issues with a generic SFP+ connection and it will sustain max speed on all 4 ports while connected to SFP+ 10gig port. I would buy again if I need more ports.

Works great, heat can be managed if one wants to do so.
The switch works great, have not had any issues. The switch does run hot by itself, increasingly so if using the SFP ports. Here is a simple mod for anyone able to use a soldering iron and doing so takes care of the heat buildup.I used the "WEDRAIR 40mm 12V DC Brushless 4010 High Speed Turbo Blower Fan 2Pin with 39inch Cable for Replacement and Upgrade 3D Printer Accessories (Pack of 2Pcs)"https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CRYDGMVHGlued the four corners of the fan to the case top with small dabs of "E6000 Clear Multipurpose Adhesive"Note in my pictures the exact position (this is required for the fan to sit between the components of the switch).Around the case (not blocking the fan output) I just put some painters tape over those holes and over the + shaped mounting holes on the outside of the bottom of the case. This keeps air flowing only from the opposite open side and across the switch interior.I cut and soldered the positive tip of the fan wire to the center power pole and the negative wire to the side pole. The fan fits perfectly inside the chassis and keeps any heat from building up inside.Perfect for me.

Priced well and looked good BUT only for a short time. :(
Good price and decent feedback so I got one. Good, sturdy build-quality. BUT... five months later it stopped working. I had three 1Gbe ports and one SFP+ port (6Com 10Gbe transceiver) connected. It was plugged into a UPS protecting the other ethernet equipment -- my Xbox, TV & media player -- in these parts there are frequent brownouts so anything semi-important s/b on a UPS to ensure steady, clean power. So, this switch had clean power and the ethernet load was fairly low. Yes, I had an extra SFP transceiver to try... it didn't help. :(I was unsure of buying from a brand I'd never seen or used before. Perhaps my experience will steer you to another brand; it's too late for me.Update:The seller contacted me offering a refund if I returned the unit to the address they provided. In China. Seriously? The cheapest method I found was over $32 — almost as much as the switch cost itself. They said they'd refund the purchase and shipping cost AFTER I returned it and proof of shipping cost.Again... STAY AWAY.

Excellent product and value
I am upgrading the network from a 1 gb to a 10 gb to accommodate the 10 gb capability of the NAS. Being a cheapskate, I looked for a low-price option. Long story short, this switch performed transparently as expected. The home-built NAS cannot quite saturate the 10 gb capacity, but that is not the fault of the switch. There are many more expensive offerings with similar capabilities. For what I need, I cannot see any reason to consider those.

operates as designed, accepted 10Base-T modules
I bought this to bridge 10 gigabit fiber to 2.5 gigabit copper and hopefully a 10 gigabit copper port too. I bought a copper adapter for one of the SFP+ ports.I liked the fanless operation and small size. It delivers on these fully. It works flawlessly that I can tell. It does not produce a lot of heat. It works with the 10 gigabit copper SFP+ module and the off brand 10 gigabit fiber SFP+ module I have.I wish the supplied power adapter was a "sideways" model so that it didn't block as many ports on a power strip. That's my only real criticism. I also wish there was a way to dim or turn off some of the flashy lights. But I knew that would be an issue going in.It'll take some time to know if it is reliable long term but it seems great in the days I've had it. No regrets at all.
