If you are grinding in bulk to make you're own pre-rolls, this is the best device I've found to do it. I want to knock off a star because the "Timer" is a counter and you can't preset it for a specific duration. However, it is such an improvement over their previous generation, I'm not going to. If you have the old one: 1. the removal cup is awesome and game changing for emptying it and cleaning 2. the blades have been redesigned with two upper blades and it gets a way more consistent result with less ungrinded chunks. 3. Having the timer is actually kind of nice to get consistent results, and you don't have to pulse it because of the new blade design. I do about 50% at 5s and 50% at 7s then mix to get perfectly packed cones. 4. the bowl is bigger, I can get 14 de-stemmed g's and get a great grind. 5. I don't have a direct way to measure but it seems to knock off a lot less kief; the included brush/spoon is actually a nice inclusion to get the last stuff in the bowl under the blade. I would like to see the company sell spare grinding bowls.

Only used it twice but I can say it works for erbs well.

Love this! Bought it to grind our dehydrated peppers and this grinder, and it made quick work of them

This grinder does an excellent job grinding whole flax seeds, which is the reason I purchased it; however, the power cord and grinder connection is loose no matter how firmly I press it in. I find myself having to hold it in while using the grinder. I don't know if others have experienced this flaw, but it makes it somewhat tedious to grind spices, seeds, coffee beans, etc.

Upon receiving my new kitchen gadget, I opened and used immediately to great results and satisfaction! Simple to use with little assembly. Chopped walnuts within seconds. I had dried white anchovy filets grounded up to a fine powder. I use anchovy dust for pizza toppings, salads and soups for that extra umami flavor bomb! Easy to clean and doesn't take up counter space, quality efficient and easy to clean!

Works okay, but does it seem to have the power I expected.

Chops fresh and "dried" herbs crazy fast! I Swapped out my old manual "herbal" grinder for this pretty bad boy. In just a few seconds (2 to 3 quick taps/pulses) whole nuggets are broken down to a loose oregano-like consistency and another 2 taps will give you a nice finer fluffy herbal almost powder type consistency, which is what I prefer for my homemade cones. Oh and stems...what stems? No need to pick them out when this grinder effortlessly incorporates them in a way that you'd never know that they were there in the first place. It has a nice size capacity with a inner chamber that can easily hold at least a ounce of dried leafy herbs or flower. I hated how with the handheld old school, two hand twist ones you could only add a few grams of herbals or you weren't able to close the lid for the teeth to connect to getting l grind properly. Which was okay for one and done sessions but this I can premake and pack my little homemade herbals in advance. You're also able to view your product as you grind through the transparent window. A bonus brush is also provided, making collecting the left over herb particals a breeze so there's no need to come in contact with the blade mechanism on the inside. ***Do be mindful that this device is built in a way that doesn't allow the lid to snap close and just loosely rest on top of its base. Which is only annoying if you store yours on its side in a box or a drawer like I do mine. That's my only gripe about the design.

I am very disappointed in the machine because it stops working when the motor heats up (after 5 or 6 times usage) and starts working again after 5 minutes. I have two more different grinders, but this does not happen. I love it's all stainless steel and you can disassemble the stainless-steel container from the machine with ease, but they failed with the choice of their motor. What a shame.....

Its cute, fits in my space nicely but when i put in even just loose herbs it will only grind the bottom layer close to the blades. Even with shaking it and mixing it wont grind evenly. I have to pour everything out on a plate and pick through to find the big clumps and re-grind them, sometimes 2-4x.

Received 4-blade design with dull blades (for chopping), not the 2-blade design with sharp edge blades (for grinding). Item was also used/had defects, as blades were worn-out, chipped, and very dull. Gave 2 stars because I do like how the blades have one side pointed down that fully reaches the bottom of bowl (unlike some others I've tried that had a gap so couldn't grind spices finely). **I ordered a replacement so hopefully they will send the correct blade design. I will update my review once new item is received.
