I had NO IDEA you could take these for poor sleep - a friend of mine told me to take them before bed and said it would help my SEVERE sleep problems. For several months it was taking me upto 2 hours to fall asleep - and then once asleep, I couldn't stay asleep and would often wake in the middle of the night and find it really hard to sleep again. On a good night, I was averaging 4 hours of broken sleep and I was mess during the day - severe exhaustion, couldnt focus on anything or get my work done - even my eyesight started to get blurry from lack of sleep.The first night I took these an hour before bed and I couldn't believe I fell asleep in about 5 minutes flat. I STAYED asleep and for the first time in months, managed a 6 hour straight sleep. I've now been taking these for almost a month and all I can say is that these have given me my life back. My energy and mood has improved and exhaustion is nowhere NEAR what it used to be.Sounds cliched, but it isn't - these have changed my life and I wouldn't be with out them now.

I purchased these after having a very bad result on a fertility test. I heard that they worked very well for both "count" and motility. After taking 2 pills a day for 2 months (retest took ages to come through) I have just got the results from a second fertility test...I am now in the "satisfactory, no further actions needed" range. I am blown away by the results of these pills and would highly recommend them to anyone going through a similar issue to me.

Bought as reviews seemed good however on taking half the dosage I have been unable to sleep for TWO days. I googled if insomnia was a side effect which it is and it isn’t listed on this product description. Returned for a full refund. Beware I now how to go into work again with four hours sleep over two days I’m exhausted.

Good product, I'm very happy with it. It's in vegetarian capsule shell which is a bonus for me.Keep in mind that the capsules are 500 mg, and 1000 mg is the size of one serving.

I suffer from anxiety and chronic fatigue syndrome. This has kept my anxiety and head and neck tension at bay. Due to the severity of my anxiety, I take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets before I go to bed. If the day is particularly stressful, I take 1 capsule at lunch time and it does the trick. I can’t live without these and there’s no side effects, which is great.

Not sure if they really work for the purpose I had purchased and so the jury is still not out. Nevertheless I think they are a high quality product, no mess in the bottle, very gentle calming effect. You can tell it is trustable and good quality. I was hoping it would help with sleep and to balance out some things, but sadly didn’t make any difference to me on that front. But it does help others with sleep judging by the other reviews.

I have been taking Ashwagandha for some months. I was a bit sceptical at the beginning but it actually makes a difference for me. I am mostly taking it as a mood regulator, and I noticed my mood swings have diminished. I also bought some Ashwagandha for my mother who suffers from insomnia, and she said it is helping. Tried different brands but I think I will stick to this one. It is ecologically grown and above all contains just root powder, no leaves. That's quality.
