Gets the job done. Great for mobility. Plastic is a little rough. Might try a wood next time.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works perfect! Rollers are exactly as described. Was able to roll out my legs and use the plyo-ball to roll out foot cramps. Recommending this to all of my runner friends on a budget!

I've been having really sore thighs as of late. 30 mins on the foam roller for both hamstrings definitely did the job. Great to relieve tension, remove knots and for overall post-workout recovery. The foam roller and other equipment feel rather firm but work very well.

First time foam roller. Amazing for lower back after just a few days. Seemed like a reasonable deal…Only bummer, and cause for lower rating, is the foam roller just cracked after 1 week. 😳 I guess it can’t handle my full body weight. So durability is a question. I’m a male, 190lbs so you’d think it should be sturdier.
