DD Tarp 3.5 x 3.5

DD Tarp 3.5 x 3.5 - Olive Green Used several times now. This tarp is a solid choice for fairly lightweight yet sturdy waterproof tarp. It screws down small, weights verra little an does everythin I wanted from it. Had it late November an waited to review it until I'd tried it. A lot. 9 weekends of hiking later, it passes. I've made a simple Tarp tent from it with treckin pole as support, made an a frame shelter, Aidirondack, C frame, Shade sail, plow point. I put it through it's paces. It's held up so far to everthin I've asked of it. This is the larger of the DD lightweights, I also have the 3x3m which is just as versatile (the 3.5x3.5 gives far better cover for hammock) an I will be usin it a lot. It's a verra good choice for cheap, lightweight an versatile. An I have yet to find punctures or tears/rips even though I ain't over gentle with it. I paid £55 for it an it slaughters tarps I have that cost double that. At just around 1.25 kilo it ain't the lightest, but it's by far the best value for it's size/weight in my opinion (so far)

Not the lightest, but very well made and certainly the best in the price range. I've had 3x3 tarps before and I think the 3.5 is better for hammock camping

this tarp has been with me on almost every camp over 100 used in wind rain snow and sun and still looks brand new and works flawless

I find that a good Tarp provides all the flexibility I need to create a suitable shelter when required.

Upon first deployment of the tarp, I noticed a very obvious hole. It looks like it was made from a heated packaging(?) tool. The bag is perfect, so the hole was probably punched/burned before, or while, the tarp was being folded in the factory. Disappointed, as I had accepted the DD Hammocks online quality hype. I love the 3.5m square tarp form, with 19 tieouts. But the tarp is useless if it leaks. I have many tarps, including much cheaper 3.0m Chinese tarps - that also have 19 tieouts, but do not have any holes in them. Might be worth buying 2 of those instead.

過去に並行輸入品のDDタープを購入し、使用していましたが納品の時点から加水分解していて不満がある状態でした。今回正規品を買い替えて、本来の状態を確認出来て大変満足しています。 生地のべた付きもなく、縫製もしっかりしているのでキャンプを気持ちよく行う事が出来ています

En principio no lo tengo lo suficientemente tiempo, para dar una opinión al 100% pero mis primeras impresiones an sido buenas. Pero devo decir que le encuentro un fallo al montarlo, que se podría arreglar con unos ajustes en los agarres centrales, que será más útil, para su montaje en varias opciones. También devo decir, que si le añadimos alguna cuerda más, de 3 mm de gorda para diferentes montajes y cambiando las piquetas más ligeras, se me queda en 1479 g de peso, por lo que me decepciona su peso un poco, siendo que es necesario añadir cuerda etc.
