WOW, even better than expected! Refilled about 30 capsules over the weekend and the process was super easy using this kit. The recycled capsules worked great and as usual with my Nespresso machine with no leakage experienced. The instructions that came with the kit were easy to follow as well. Ultimately, I love how much $$ this will save me using my own coffee, with not much time spent to refill… thank you!!

Wow, so easy to use and we love it! We like to drink our own coffee and espresso is sometimes too strong. So I bought this kit hoping it would give us a way to use our own coffee with the Nespresso Vertuo Plus machine. I have not been disappointed. The instructions are simple. You have to save the size pods you want to reuse from the original purchase. Use the small knife to cut the original aluminum off the pod around the edges (pic 1). After cleaning, drying and setting the pod in the brown container, you fill the new pod with coffee you put the new aluminum on and press the cover of the kit down on it and twist to make it stick. Insert the pod in the Nespresso machine and voila! Your coffee is brewed to your liking. After you retrieve the used pod all you have to do is peel the aluminum cover off (pic 2). No need to use the included knife. I have been delighted with how easy this process is. It really isn't more work than using a regular coffee machine where you have to rinse out the filter and clean the coffee pot.

Great idea!!! easy to use and works well. You just need to dial in the perfect coffee ground size and and your off. Beats paying a $1.37 per pod

I've tried it, and it's a great little kit, but it has some major cons that you should be prepared for.PROS:1. Definitely saves you money.2. Once you get used to the motion, it doesn't actually take that much time to empty the pods, clean them up and refill them.3. If you have some fine-ground leftover coffee, this is a great way of getting it all used up. I personally prefer to drink my coffee from a French Press (it yields the best aroma and taste), but it requires coarse grounds. Someone gifted me a jar of Illy, finely ground, and I wasn't using it. Now I've filled up the pods with it.CONS:1. The foil is flimsy. It works, yes. But no matter how well you seal the pods, the puncture holes that the machine creates in the foil covers of the pods seem to be a lot wider than the puncture holes in the "standard" Nespresso pods. Because of that, even if you did a great job sealing the pods, some coffee grounds will escape the pods and clog the machine. As a result, the machine will tell you it needs to be descaled after just a few pods, if you're lucky. If you're not so lucky, it will want to be descaled right away, after your first cup.I did one real descaling cycle and then realized I don't want to waste so much descaling solution. So I've been running it through a hot water rinse cycle instead. But it's still too much babysitting for one coffee machine.2. The lid of the container that is supposed to help you seal the capsule doesn't fully seal it, leaving some jagged ends. You have to tuck them in manually.

This is such an awesome addition to my Nespresso. I really wanted to be able to still use my own coffee and this is working perfectly and even brews a better cup than my old coffee pot. I read reviews about this taking time and yes, it does take some time, but it’s so worth it. It saves so much money and I love that I am recycling pods too.

This is excellent it works great. I’ve had no issues whatsoever. It does an excellent job. The only thing I noticed is it doesn’t froth up as much as using Nespresso pods, but I also have the froth or so that doesn’t bother me. It does make enough broth, but if you have the froth, or you can use regular milk and add more froth to the coffee, I highly recommend.

The theory of this product is great but I had a very hard time getting a strong coffee taste. The product seals well and is easy to use. The lids are noticeably thinner than the "factory standard" but held up well. It's also a time consuming process to clean, pack and reseal a ton of pods.

I love my Nespresso machine, but buying new pods was starting to get pricey. I figured I’d just switch back to a regular coffee maker until I came across this! I’m so glad I bought it. It’s super easy to use I can reuse the pods and I’m saving money.
