Completely New
I really liked it, totally complete deck, really fun to play with others.

Not a balanced deck to start battling
Extremely disappointed in the unbalanced cards in the deck. Only came with one final evolution Pokemon but 4 of its basic form?! Not happy with that at all so had to find other cards to build a starter deck.

Its okay if youre looking for trainer draw cards
If you already have an electric deck you can throw on the EX, but the only addition is this has some trainer cards that help with pulling cards from your deck. Thats it.
