I am a big fan of mushroom supplements. I have found the work great for immune boosting. I take this one for one particular reason, but also have another with several different mushroom types. I take when I am feel ill and they seem to help every time. Good value too!

I got this for my mother's dog (turkey tail). A small 15 lbs Boston terrier/something mix. And it's worked great! She is 11 years old and has been low energy for the past 2 years. Just seemed real old like she was on her last leg. She developed some lumps on her belly and we were fearing the worst. After doing some research I decided to give this a go. I mix a half of a capsule in 1/3 of a can wet dog food. Mix in some dry food and she woofs it down. I've been doing this for almost 2 months now. I could see the difference after around 1 week. She perked up in a way I wouldn't have believed if I didn't see it. She was like a puppy again. The first time she ran to me I nearly went into shock. I didn't think she would ever run again. She has done a complete 180. She is always full of energy now, kind of annoying, lol. But in a good way. I know it's not the dog version. But the only difference between this and the dog version is the strength. That's why I cut the dose to half a capsule. I was up in the air for weeks trying to decide on a brand and ultimately I decided to go with this brand. I'm glad I did. Thanks

Bought this for my young dog diagnosed with lymphoma. Now on the 2nd bottle. So far, he is doing excellent. He is into month number three and acts like a puppy. We pray for every GOOD day, and we are getting many of them. I will purchase this for my dog as long as he lives.

I have metastatic (stage 4) prostate cancer, and got interested in turkey tail mushroom after seeing a study where it was shown to kill prostate cancer stem cells in mice ("Chemopreventive Effect of PSP Through Targeting of Prostate Cancer Stem Cell-Like Population"). I also saw the TED talk where Paul Stametz brought his mom up on stage breast cancer-free after having "the worst case her doctors had ever seen" (this is available on YouTube, with an excerpt from the talk also on the Netflix documentary Fantastic Funghi). Encouraged by this, I took 2 capsules of this Real Mushrooms extract in the morning and 2 at night, concurrently with the Androgen Deprivation Therapy that was prescribed to me. My research showed ADT typically reduces PSA (a prostate cancer marker in your blood) by 90% after about a month. In my case though, it's down about 99%, 10% more than usual! I'm not going to say for sure that this stuff is what did it, but it may have given me an extra edge here. For a couple bucks a day it won't hurt to keep taking it, and it could definitely be making a huge difference!
