Very sturdy easy to clean. Did a fantastic job of mucho my dough.

Had the traditional ‘danish dough whisk’ but the handle broke, and washing it was an inconvenience. This all metal dough whisk is the one you need if you’re in your sourdough era! It’s strong, sturdy and gets the job done. Let’s not forget the ease of washing it. The shape makes it simple to mix your dough and wash it. A staple for any baker!

Much easier to use than the usual designs. Comfortable to hold and use, my first impression was hat the handle looked a little short, but it works great and cleans easily. Have used it to make vareniki dough with great success and look forward to trying it for bread or sweet rolls next.

It is very comfortable, and I use it regularly. I prefer it to a traditional style Danish whisk - this one is much easier to use and clean, and I think it mixes the dough better. I often make a double batch of sourdough, and whisk is strong enough to handle it.

I love, love, love this thing! I make sourdough, which is a very wet dough of course, and I use it to make pizza dough which can also be wetish because of the oil in it. Whatever is left on the whisk I can sweep right off and I don’t lose any dough. It’s extremely sturdy, an excellent size though probably not for small hands, and has come out of the dishwasher in perfect condition. I can’t believe I waited this long to get one.

I do like this product, it's easy to clean and does a good job The handle could be an inch or so longer in my opinion but other than that it's great, very sturdy.

Quality is top notch! Easy to clean and comfortable in my hand for blending. Bought one for my daughter’s birthday and she loves it also.

This whisk works very well for combining dry ingredients then adding liquid ones for an even distribution of elements without causing toughening the dough or batter. It’s very efficient. It cleans up nicely—no hard-to-remove residue, because the steel is smooth and seamless with no crevices where food can accumulate. I highly recommend this whisk. It’s beautiful, too!
