Effective help for back issues
This belt was recommended to me by a chiropractor. It really helped me to recover from pulled ligaments in my back and is helping to correct my sitting position on chairs and in the car

High quality product.
Product as described and of high quality material and design. Feels firm and sturdy product. In my case it holds joints as designed, however not sure as how helpful in long term as not used frequently.

Not sure I have the position correct?
I have sacroiliac dysfunction & Piriformis syndrome I'm not sure I've got this positioned correctly it's possibly me rather than the belt . It's beautifully made .

As a chiropractor, I recommend this belt all of the time to pregnant patients. It has significantly helped them stabilize their pelvis to overcome the stress of carrying the extra weight of the baby. As a result, mommy’s experience pain relief. To further improve my experience, the seller was phenomenal with handling the order and follow up!

I was a little confused about what size to buy, ended up getting a small. I have a 26" waist and 36" hips, but this belt says it fits 30-34" hip. Bear in mind, though, that it sits with the lower edge of the belt sitting where your leg creases at the hip when you lift your leg. So, the belt doesn't go around the widest part of you at what most clothing outlets would describe as your hip. This belt fit great, with a couple of inches in either direction allowable. I like the ability to add tension with the elastic straps. Looking forward to see if this helps with my SI pain!
