So far I have not had any issues. Like most of the reviews. Colors come out bright. I love I can do both sides at the same time.

This press word great & the designs come out great! My only complaints are that it’s difficult to change the temperature setting and that it can’t do tumblers either.

I feel like I really gave the Offnova mug press my all and am beyond frustrated with this product . I thought the price made this mug press a good option. I then attempted to create a custom mug SIX times for my friend and it kept leaving fading in the bottom 1/4 of the mug. I tried various hacks to prevent this from happening but ended up in tears! I gave up and spent the $100 more for the Cricut mug press, which worked beautifully first time out the gate. Save your precious time and sanity and buy the Cricut mug press instead. You get what you pay for….

This product works as well as the name brands but at a fraction of the cost. We love it.

Works fine, didn't notice that it says 11 oz and 14 oz. Sublimation coffee cups come in 11 oz and 15 oz, so you can use it only for the small coffee cups. I should've paid better attention...

The media could not be loaded. Don't stay close. This is the second time that I use this mashing.
