Great RAM – Reliable & Easy to Install!
This is my second time purchasing Crucial RAM from Amazon, and once again, I’m very satisfied. The quality is excellent, and installation was super easy—it worked perfectly with my laptop right away. Tldr. Works with synology ds224+
Crucial CT16G4SFD824A 16GB 2400MHz This specific model works with synology ds224+ and successfully shows up as 18gb without any error or warning. Ran a memory test via synology assistant and it was completed without issue in 7hrs.

Good RAM but poor packaging — passed MemTest86, will update after longer use
However, the packaging was extremely poor. The RAM arrived only in a small plastic tray inside the Amazon delivery polybag without any cushioning or box. This is not acceptable for delicate electronics like RAM, which require proper protective packaging.I also encountered a memory read error once after installation ("The memory could not be read"), which may or may not be related to the packaging or the RAM itself. I will continue to monitor the system for a few weeks and will update this review accordingly.Attached: MemTest86 test results (4 passes, zero errors).

Warranty void
The packaging was not upto the mark but its performance and speed is great and i request the packagers to package properly and dont install by your self make go to any computer shop and install also make sure your laptop is out of warranty so that it could be install the ram is stable
