I have been iron deficient since childhood. It got better eventually, but with each pregnancy I got depleted a little more. They told me at the hospital that my iron level is at the verge of being too low, but is still within acceptable levels, so I didn’t take it seriously and did not take iron supplements because I was already constipated with pregnancy. I didn’t want to make it worse. Long story short, I started noticing shite spots and indents on my and my kids nails. I got a TERRIBLE “pregnancy brain” as they call it. 3 kids later and 2 years after my last delivery I was still lacking energy, constantly drowsy, difficulty with focus, spaced out. Tried taking zinc, but did not notice much of a difference. Then I tried this iron. OH MY GOODNESS! It was God-sent! It did not make me constipate in the least bit. I suddenly had so much more energy. I am a lot less drowsy, even with the little sleep that I get with the kids. I was able to focus better, to get a lot more stuff done in a day. And I only take 1 a day. AND I take it in the evening! Even though it says on the bottle to take them in the morning. I do it all wrong and still see tremendous results! I even started giving it to my 9 and my 6 years old. I give each 1 capsule. The capsules are very small and easy even for the kids to swallow. And the dose in 1 capsule is only 60% DV for adult so it was safe to take for my kids. Besides, I don’t give it to them every day. I skip some days. Product arrived in good condition and within timely manner. Price is a little high, I admit. Wish it was more affordable. Thank you soooo much for making this amazing quality product! Good product. I donate blood and platelets as frequently as allowed, and your iron needs to be a bit higher than the normal range to be eligible. This is a great supplement compared to your average iron pill since it's heme iron and more bioavailable. I have been able to keep my iron at donation levels a lot more effortlessly than before I started using this product.

I've been taking this to help with low ferritin levels. It helps so much, my energy has improved so much since I started taking these regularly. I've tried a few different heme iron brands and this one is hands down the best, it feels really "clean" (because it is ingredients wise) and I've never had any stomach upset from it. If you have issues with iron levels please try this, I've tried many different types of iron and this has been hands down the most effective and convenient.

I dont get constipated with these. They're worth the price, if you have low ferritin.

I purchased these on October 6, 2025. I began taking them October 12th. I'm giving this 3 stars only for the size of the capsule and being gentle on my stomach. After being on these for a month, alternating between taking 1-2 pills a day because my iron and ferratin is very low, last week my labs were still the same, from September. Not even a push. I should have known tho because sometimes, I still crave ice. I really had high hopes for these. Im still going to finish the bottle because these cost alot. I guess its back to the drawing board.

I am a picky eater, and I don’t eat much meat at all therefore, my iron is very low, taking iron supplements or eating vegetables with iron. It doesn’t do it like this because it is the heme iron found in meat that absorbs better. Did you know that coffee tea even dairy products lock absorption of elemental iron but not with this this gives you the heme iron your body needs! I felt better just after a week of taking them and will continue to stay on them probably forever!

Advertised as gut friendly but still has caused me personally a lot of constipation. Other than that pill is small and easy to swallow and I feel like anemia related symptoms such as fatigue have improved.
