Wow this stud finder is beefy. First thing I noticed was how large it was compared to smaller ones I've used in the past, like magnetic and light indicator ones. This stud finder has a color display that shows you the status and the center of the studs, neat. I like that I can turn off the sound on/off and that it would remember next time I turn it on. I mainly got it for finding more accurate center of the wooden stud, but it's nice that it can handle materials like metal pipes, pvc, and electrical line. It did take me some time to figure out how to use it, but after placing it on the wall, I'd press on the material type button to calibrate it and it works well. It's a bit pricy but I'm looking forward to this helping me save on time in the future when finding studs without poking tiny holes in the drywall to check. I'm including photos of how the center position is indicated, and another one with my adult male hand next to it for size comparison.

This is a really neat stud finder. You can see from the attached pics that it actually has a display that shows you where the studs are located. It's not a perfect reading every time, but that is because of the construction of my house is not the greatest. It's very easy to use and I also like that it's rechargeable.

Does not work very well especially for the price

Super easy to use, light stud finder. Comes with a special 550mA battery that's chargeable via USB C which is amazing. No more 9V batteries.Accurate to find the center of the wood studs behind drywall. Less accurate for live wires. I don't have any metal studs to try. Overall dimensions of the unit are on the larger side but easy to slide around. Could have a notch on top for the pencil to make marks.

This thing is awesome, really good helpful tool to have doing some remodeling ourselves to keep everyone safe. It’s easy to use once you get the hang of it and definitely read the instructions.

I can't believe I used to struggle with other stud finders before finding this gem. Its accuracy and ease of use are remarkable. ...is not sold on this, but I think it is a lot better than the nail holes he punches in a row until he finds a stud.Was laughing with a some friends about that and they showed a large picture he hung that has a dozen holes hidden behind it where he searched for a stud. He kept saying that it is not a 'support wall' so the studs could be anywhere. This works a lot better.

Absolutely great stud finder. It was hard to find the studs with 2 other stud finder I own. This changed with this unit. It is a larger, which initially is intimidating but it's lightweight.Quick and simple charge up. It lights up, beeps, and has different settings, even showing a 3D image of wood, knowing you are at the stud. Well worth the price, it's accurate and easy to use. Won't ever use those other stud finder again.
