If you’re in the market for a home gym, get this cage! This thing is awesome. It is well made, sturdy, functions very well and if your limited on space this cage is compact without sacrificing functionality. I had a fitness gear half cage before I got this cage. And to my surprise it is exactly to the inch the same footprint and the highest point of the cage is exactly the same as my half rack. The cable system works great. It is smooth and quiet.. no annoying creaks or squeaks. Now, assembly may be a challenge for some. There are a lot of parts and pieces and the paper instructions are good and the assembly video is very helpful but if your not mechanically inclined I would suggest having some one who is help you out. Beyond that, this is, for the money a solid purchase and I couldn’t be happier. Seriously, I am getting much better workouts now in the same amount of space as before. And for the money you get everything you need to develope a solid strength training routine. I love it!

Really sturdy and versatile cable machine. At first all the parts and manual looked intimidating but in the end it's really easy to put together. The parts and screws were extremely nice labeled and separated for each step.The cage itself is really sturdy. We (husband and wife) both incorporate it into our workouts. It's prefect for each of our needs even so our workout style is different and at different levels, this meets the bill for both of us. Would definitely recommend!

I'm thoroughly impressed with this workout cage! The quality is top-notch and it's extremely solid - I can tell it's built to last. I love the versatility it offers with 2 different cable sections for arm and leg workouts, and the space for the bar is perfect. The weight section is also well-designed, and the additional storage section for unused weights is a great touch, keeping my gym area organized. It's convenient for all my workouts and has become a staple in my fitness routine. Weights are NOT included. Highly recommend!

Super easy to put together! All the accessories work great! Perfect for an at home gym!

Was super excited to open and setup for my wife to use it the next day since I’ll be stuck at work. After what feels like an eternity of wrenching. The side frame with the logo isn’t cut correctly. Other side fits like a glove. Unfortunately I’ll have to find a way to cut some holes out before I can even continue assembling. Hopefully nothing else will need adjustments…

This is great to add to our home gym and good quality for the amount that we paid and it’s not too hard to assemble. The instructions are a bit confusing at first because of all the pictures but once you get it it’s a lot easier to assemble. There are a lot of screws but they put everything in separate packages so that you know what goes where which makes it easy! It doesn’t come with the bar/weights but it has all the equipment needed if you do get some. I recommend this if you want to start with a small gym at home.

I set aside several hours to complete. And yes, I needed coffee.Delivery: All three boxes were delivered earlier than initially stated with No External Damage. Sweet!During installation, I noticed minor differences between the instruction manual and the video on Amazon. For example, at the same point for inserting a bolt, the bolt was pointing “right to left” in the video but then the opposite direction in the manual.Armac Plate Installation: Take note of the two top black bars used to connect the side name plates. Ensure they’re positioned appropriately. The square holes on the side of the bar must be positioned at the top, not bottom, of the bar when connecting the ARMAC name plate.Pulley System Installation:At this point, I found the visuals in the video to be a better reference.The manual basically stated follow the illustration below. Not much help there.Once erected, I found this unit to be very stable. I’m impressed. Additionally, the pulley system flowed smoothly. Please know that you’re definitely pulling the entire weight load when using the pulley system. For example, the weight loaded will be the same whether you’re attempting an exercise utilizing both arms or a single arm pulling exercise. Adjust the weight accordingly.

I bought during Black Friday and I’m very excited to use it. It is remarkably sturdy for an Amazon purchase. You can do almost everything with this.Pros: extremely versatile and does not take up very much room. Not incredibly difficult to put together.Cons: the manual is a joke (as is with most Amazon purchases). The videos located within the photos of the rack is way more helpful. Just make sure to pay attention to the details of the video and don’t skip any steps or you’ll be stuck taking things apart (for the 3rd time) and putting it back together.All in all great purchase!
