I absolutely love this preworkout! Taste is delicious, mixed very well in the water. No weird powder chunks left. Definitely helps with my focus and energy level at the gym! Great value for the money spent. Helps me sweat but doesnt give me the weird shakes that some other brands have. Will definitely purchase again

Good flavor (Fruit Punch), mixed well, good energy
Mixed very well in an 8oz glass of cold water, no chunks (which is an issue I've seen before with other powders). Tasted good, and provided a nice energy kick. Have been using for a few months, can definitely recommend.

Packs a punch taste lacking
The taste is a bit much (might be the Hawaiian Punch) and some powder doesn’t dissolve entirely when mixing in cold water but the energy is great and the workouts seem to be better with it.

Works, but be careful.
This makes you jittery(at least for me it did) after a while also the flavor made me nauseous I have no clue why. But for the price is usually good starter for pre workout, just be on the lookout for the jitters and the weird feels you get depending on the taste. With that being said, it did help me have a better workout, more energy, sweated a lot, but again, be cautious with it.
