As best I can tell by reading its description and package, it contains no erythritol. Its scoop is stated to measure 1/32 tsp. It's small and shallow, easy to overfill. I've used 5 scoops to sweeten a half gallon of tea. It doesn't exactly have the taste of sucrose (table sugar) but it is sweet and has no bitterness. I appreciate the question and possible concern about erythritol. I searched for a product stating it's erythritol-free, not containing dextrose (glucose) or other sweeteners and, thus far, am satisfied with this product
