Works well, easy mount, clear, adjustable. Good value.
This easy to install compact red dot sight is everything I was looking for. I put one on an M4 I just ordered another for a 9 mm carbine. Obviously the height depends on the set up of your weapon, but it’s easy to place anywhere along a pic rail so you could get it where you like it. I really think it’s an excellent value for the price. I cannot comment on durability because it is new to me, but it seems like it’s going to hold up.

Great purchase.
Nice build and function. I like that it has three mounting heights. Adjustments are good. Dot is bright,

Great sight for the price
Good quality sight, with excellent accuracy. Excellent illumination indoors and outdoors. 2 mounting options and easy to install. Good value for the money.

Holds Zero
Have 2 of these. One on a Magnum Research BFR in 357 Magnum and the other on a BFR in 475 Linebaugh. So far both have held zero. The 475 has seen plenty of loads of 425 grain LFNGC running about 1300 fps.

Great optic for the money.
Glass is clear, works perfectly, easy to zero, but not sure how I feel about it on a 556, on a 9mm or 22, it is perfect, quality is on point.

A Solid Optic with Outstanding Customer Service
The AT3 Tactical Alpha is a well-built optic with a crisp green dot, offered at a very affordable price. The build quality is excellent, and the performance is solid. However, I personally found it challenging to acquire the dot through the tube design, which I anticipated might be an issue for me. Despite this, AT3's customer service has been exceptional. They went above and beyond, even recommending other optics (including those not from their brand) that might better suit my preferences. Highly recommend both the product and the company for their outstanding support.

Distorted dot.
I really wanted to like this sight. The build quality looked pretty good and it was light enough. Unfortunately I returned it after turning it on. The green dot had some sort of a line in it. Not a true dot at all.Update: I have recently discovered that I have astigmatism in my eyes and no red or green dot will look like a perfect dot. To be fair this was probably a really good sight.

UPDATE: (Mine didn't light up) New unit is excellent.
Update: Received a replacement and TBH, my problem may have been user error because the tab, or film that covers the battery in transit was "stuck" to the terminals so nothing came out or off of the battery. So, I really like this now that I've seen it powered up. The reticle was surprisingly clean. I have a decent astigmatism and lots of red does are like blurry stars. This one seems a bit cleaner FWIW.I love the windage and elevation knobs, which are very easy to adjust w a flathead. Finally, it may be simple, but the shape of the lens caps mean I don't mistake one for another red dot. All of the others are round and its a bit tough to be sure you have the right one on the right unit when you are at the range with several different units at work. The shape of the rubber covers seat perfectly to the unit. Looks like a building or barn shape. Its the little things. So far, I really like it and I have several Siig Romeos bc they're such a great performing value. This may be my new value red dot. Gotta go check out the rest of AT3's catalog.--------------------------------------------I'd been looking forward to this red dot after some solid reviews and research everywhere. Most review sites I trust held it in high regard for what it is. I will update this review if I get a working unit. I followed the instructions, enabled the battery and it didn't light up. I tested the battery, inserted a new battery, no red dot. Frankly the threads on the battery cap were not very deep and the cap was tight after less than 1 full turn so I was thinking it wasn't making enough contact/pressure, but that can't be it because the cap contact for the battery is a spring.I am returning to Amazon and since they won't exchange it for me, I may look a little more for a different red dot that's affordable and well regarded.
