Ya it will taste good u can eat it but don’t fool yourself by thinking it’s healthy they are using liquid glucose for sweeteners. You can find much healthy alternatives like the whole truth or yoga bar

Love the flavour. Broke all the myths that protein bars cannot be tasty. It is chocolate-y, crunchy, as good as munching on a loaded chocolate bar. Also 20 g protein per bar makes its right for fulfilling protein requirements, especially in between meals or during workout. It does come with 313 kcal, but the carbs and protein are a good source of energy. With 6 bars in the box, you are set!
